Completed electrical installation for new Lululemon downtown Victoria. This project included full rewiring and verification of all commercial fire alarm system, all power and security requirements, and smart automated lighting system. Including suspended track and grid and custom lighted millwork panels.

Installation of 3 x 150kw Level 3 DC Fast Chargers. Complete with power rectifying unit, transformer and power distribution kiosk. This project was full integration by Surepoint as we supported client with design engineering, civil excavation, and electrical start up and commissioning. This location is the largest EV location on Northern Vancouver Island.

Supply and install of new Water Filtration PLC cabinet, New 400A Service c/w automatic transfer switch and 50kW Generac Generator, and reservoir Electrical Kiosk.  Surepoint has provided full automation to integrate (2) reservoirs with full lightning protection and lighting, 2 well sites, and Chlorination system with water filtration PLC cabinet.  This system can function manually by an operator, or autonomously, and can be monitored locally or remotely.  Full electrical installation, quality control and commissioning carried out by Surepoint, with the assistance of respective sub trades.
